Delivery charges are additional to your jewellery purchase and will be added onto your final online payment when you proceed to the checkout.

Please note that for additional security all items dispatched will be sent as 'recorded delivery' and will require a signature for delivery.

Please note that for deliveries outside the UK, charges exclude any import taxes that may be due on some international orders in certain countries. These charges must be paid by the purchaser in that country.

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods, Stones with Style will offer a full refund as long as the goods, packaging and sales receipt are returned undamaged within 7 days. Please note that in these cases we will not refund the postage costs.

For hygiene reasons ear-rings are non returnable.

In the unlikely event that your Stones With Style jewellery piece is found to be faulty or defective then the purchaser must notify Stones with Style within 3 days of receipt and return the goods within 7 days. In these cases, Stones With Style will provide a refund or replacement piece and reimburse your postage costs.

In all cases once you have contacted Stones With Style via email, phone or post, you will be given instruction with regards to returning the goods and postage refunds if applicable.

Orders
Stones with Style reserves the right to cancel any order if the goods are not In 'Stock' and no longer available.

Delivery
Stones with Style will make every effort to deliver the goods in the times indicated but does not accept responsibility for failure to meet these stated delivery times.

Please note that the photographs of the jewellery pieces are photographs of sample pieces only and shown for reference. As all our jewellery is individually handcrafted there will be minor variations from piece to piece as the nature of pearls and semi-precious stones means that sizes, shapes and colour changes may occur. Stones With Style feel that this adds to the individuality of your jewellery piece.
